Another new version of a Toa MOC.

STORY: Toa Netel was a De-Matoran born in Kaaciah Island and created by Mata Nui destined to be a Toa. When Makuta Kudarax attacked the island, he and nine other Matoran transformed into Toa. They defeated Kudarax' henchmen and battled the Makuta, defeating him.


The previous version was the simplest of the Toa Kaaciah I made. I don't even know why I made him so simple, so, now I upgraded him with some custom stuff. The torso remains the same, an Inika torso with Custom Armor. Also the weapon remains the same.
